Monday, Monday !

Today I went to Walmart and bought Mike his own shaker for the protein shake. I also bought another flavor, chocolate. Oh my goodness am I in heaven ! It is so good and great tasting. I need to look at the sugar and make sure it is okay for me to have , but it tastes great ! Today I weighed myself and I am down 2 llbs. So maybe they are working and maybe they aren't. We went for a walk up the hill today with Molly and Charlie, it was nice. I love June Gloom !
